This pasta is made fresh in house each Thursday morning using only the finest and local ingredients. These pastas pair perfectly with Soffritto’s sauces, which are also freshly made.
Cooking the pasta is fast and easy:
Chicken Tortellini - boil 6-7 mins
Casarecce - boil 4-5 mins
Tagliatelle - boil 3 mins
Linguini - boil 3 - 4 mins
Radiatori - boil 5-6 mins
Rotelle - boil 5-6 mins
Tortiguioni - boil 5-6 mins
Ingredients: semolina, olive oil, eggs, water (all locally sourced). Contains gluten.
