Made with organic turmeric, organic ginger and black pepper, (known as the holy trinity of anti-inflammatory and antioxidants). This golden sauerkraut is the ferment for health food lovers. Traditional sauerkraut with a gentle flavors from the ginger and turmeric, make it not spicy, but gently spiced.
